KMD Mexico City Office

MEXICO CITY, MEXICO  KMD recently celebrated over 20 years in Mexico City and used this milestone as an opportunity to design a new firm office in the city’s Santa Fe district. We were able to design comfortable, practical, and appropriate office spaces that could be enjoyed by employees and improve their working job performance. KMD's designers took advantage of the site’s outstanding view by incorporating natural lighting and open areas. The various materials for the interior were selected to make the office dynamic and modern. The fusion of simple materials and design achieved an interesting and lively result, but above all provided diverse spaces. Keeping sustainability in mind, the project achieved LEED Gold for commercial interiors. Products and materials were sustainably produced, transported and installed as often as possible.
